Hi, my name is Ginny Allaby and I am a licensed Real Estate sales and marketing agent in the state of Massachusetts.
I live in Hubbardston, Massachusetts with my husband of 23+ years, David, our 5 children, and our minature dachshund Henna. I coach T-ball for our town. I am an avid hiker with my four-legged companion. I am a huge sports fan especially Patriots' football, but I love the Bruins, Red Sox, and Celtics.

Ginny, I just wanted to write to you and let you know that Barny and I love the house! We were 95% moved in by Saturday the 19th, thanks to a dozen of our friends. The house is absolutely perfect, and every day, we find new things about it that we love. Melissa (the seller) and I have been talking and joking at work about how awkward it was for us before the closing. Now, I'm asking her questions about it, and she told me that up until a few months ago, the living room upstairs had brown paneling AND brown wall-to-wall carpeting! It was a real estate agent that suggested the white paint and ripping up the carpet in order to sell the house! Can you imagine how different that must have looked?!
This house has everything that Barny and I wanted, and it's PERFECT! All of our friends that came to see the other houses have all come over and gushed about how great the workmanship is!
