My name is Glenda Ticas and I am a licensed real estate agent within the state of Massachusetts. I live in Gardner, also known as the Chair City, for the past 10+ years. I am member in the National Association of Realtors, Worcester Regional Association of Realtors and Multiple Listing Service.

Assisting clients through the purchase of their home is not what I call a job; it is an honor! I began helping family and friends in finding their homes as a way to help them make the right decision. I did research for them as they did not have the means to do it. This materialized into a fascinating career as I found an astonishing pleasure in seeing the happiness in my friends and family as they found their home.

I work with many clients whom have been referred by prior clients. My focus is to helped all my clients the same way I would help my closest friends and family members: I'll help you understand the real estate process and guide you through all from finding your home to the day you close and move in to the your new home!

I've also been very fortunate by working at DCU as a business lender. I bring to you 12+ years of banking experience in the business lending and understanding of loans. In this current day and age, it has become imperative to understand what it takes to secure financing.
