To be considered for a DCU Realty position, you should be able to demonstrate your knowledge of real estate with examples of situations where you provided consulting services that benefited your clients. You must be proficient with computers, MS Word, Excel, Internet Explorer. Agents should dress and present themselves appropriately for their profession and provide character references.
We are seeking qualified candidates for real estate sales positions. Agent candidates should have a minimum of one year of full-time experience with above-average productivity. One or more of the following advanced designations are preferred: GRI, CRS, CBR, ABR, SRES or similar.

A Buyer Agent must enjoy dealing with a variety of people, as the role involves meeting new clients, assessing their property needs and working with them to help find their dream home. The pace is fast, yet every client needs to be dealt with professionally. A DCU Realty Buyer Specialist is the face of the company and the quality of service given by our staff is of utmost importance.
The role of a Buyer Specialist is for someone who is prepared to put in long hours and work hard to achieve success and meet (and exceed) challenging targets. You must be available to work with up to a dozen pre-approved buyers at all times, manage your existing buyer portfolio, book appointments, present offers and keep on top of your paper work. This position requires NO COLD CALLING.
Making appointments to view the properties is crucial. Each Buyer Specialist has to fill his/her calendar with appointments to conduct buyer consulations and to show properties to buyer clients. All buyer clients will be under exclusive or limited contract. You must create a rapport with the buyer in a short period of time, getting to understand their needs and tastes. Once an offer from a buyer has been accepted you will hand it over to the Transaction Manager, and together you will complete the closing process.

CLIENT CARE SPECIALIST (Lead management call center)
Hours: Full-time (P/T possible) includes some evenings and weekends
Location: Marlboro Operations Center (possible to base from other locations)
The DCU Realty Client Care Specialist is the first point of contact for all incoming Real Estate inquiries. The primary role is to field and follow up with all incoming sales leads, qualify the prospect, and then hand off to an appropriate Buyer, Listing or Relocation specialist.
Throughout the day you will be winning new business and pro-actively telephoning and emailing potential clients who have made contact with DCU Realty. It is part of your challenge to advise them on why DCU Realty is the best real estate company for them to utilize to buy or sell their property. As you communicate with the prospects you will be cross-selling different areas of our business and acting in an advisory capacity on the buying and selling processes. You will explain the buying and selling processes including short sales and foreclosures. For buyers, you will set pre-approval appointments for branch staff. Once pre-approved, you will assign prospects to field agents through their Team Leaders. You will also track the leads assigned to agents to ensure adequate follow up and care is provided.

Have a base knowledge of DCU’s mortgage products and requirements

Work with our Loan Origination Team rep to pre-qualify customers over the phone

Promote Foreclosure Tours and Home Buying Seminars as well as other DCU products

Manage our customer database, email blast program and agent interface

Refers any inquiries for properties outside of Mass or NH to our Relo Services

Participate in marketing events as needed
-
Participate in education at branch level and attend Info Center meetings periodically to promote our services within DCU
Salary: Base salary plus bonus/commissions based on performance.
Start date: Immediate.
